It’s been a little over a year since we started Printables Brands—an initiative where we work with leading global brands to offer official 3D printable models for their products. Whether it’s replacement parts, accessories, 3D templates, merchandise, or other fan models, this initiative is revolutionizing how big brands approach 3D printing and represents a unique collaboration between brands and makers.

We are happy to welcome the newest member, our first car manufacturer on Printables, Czech company Škoda Auto! You can now download and print scale models of their best-selling cars: Škoda Octavia and the electric Škoda Enyaq. We wrote about how Škoda Auto uses our 3D printers and the collaboration with Volkswagen Group in the past, and this is but another step forward to something amazing. We can’t wait to see what models Škoda plans to release next, retro models of their first cars, or some handy accessories? Let us know what you would like to see! As a first step, Škoda has prepared a contest for you!

To enter the contest, you need to take your 3D printed Škoda Octavia 1:24 or the Combi mode 1:24 for a ride! 3D print any of the two models and snap a creative picture of it: on the road, by the lake, near a monument – whatever you find is the best. Then upload it to the “Makes & Comments” section of the model on Printables.com: Simply open the model page on Printables.com and then navigate to the “Makes & Comments” tab. There, click on the “Add make” button. The end of the contest is 28. 2. 2024 – so hurry up! The jury will select the 8 best photos, share them through Instagram stories at @skodagram, and let the public users vote for the winner.
