This is a deal we offer every year, and we’re doing it again – don’t miss out! Free shipping worldwide is applied on all orders exceeding 200 USD or equivalent in other currencies, except for orders containing the Original Prusa XL or standalone MINI+. Any word on what happens if you order the MMU3 along with the MK4? Will the whole shipment be delayed until the MMU3 is figured out?
Hello, if you already have an order with MMU3 for MK4 in it, you can contact our customer support and they will help you split it.
If you are placing a new order, we recommend placing separate orders for the MMU3 and the rest of the products.
I made the mistake of adding mmu3 to my black friday order. contacted customer service the next day but they couldn't split the order as I didn't order before October 27. they advised me to cancel the order and make two new orders. it would take 14 days to get money back. since it was about a lot of money for me, it was not a solution. now I don't know when I will get the mk4 enclosure bundle and the other things I ordered.
As there are still problems with MMU3, it should not be possible to order it. instead should just be a notify button. otherwise you risk creating dissatisfied customers.
will there also be a discounted kit for the mk4 including the housing?

It's really not cool, I ordered an MK4 on November 22, everywhere they were already doing promotions for Black Friday, except here. I figured Prusa wasn't doing anything. I am disgusted…
Cancel your order then and reorder? And next time wait for actual Black Friday. Or try to google beforehand when someone does it's annual discounts. It's not that hard.
